Where You Learn to Drive and Take Your Test

Your driving lessons will take place across Bradford and the surrounding areas, giving you experience on a variety of roads and in different driving conditions. As you progress, your instructor will introduce you to busier roads, junctions, roundabouts, dual carriageways, residential areas and other situations that you are likely to encounter during your everyday driving.

As you get closer to your practical driving test, your instructor will also help you become familiar with the roads and types of situations you may encounter around your chosen test centre. This can help you feel more prepared and confident on the day of your test.

Depending on your location, availability and the test centre chosen, your practical driving test may be taken at one of several local DVSA driving test centres. hese are the main ones we use they are :

Your instructor will work with you to make sure your lessons cover the skills and situations you need to drive safely and confidently, rather than simply learning a particular test route. The DVSA does not publish current test routes, and examiners can vary the route used on the day, so being able to deal with different road conditions and situations is an important part of your preparation.

As your test approaches, your instructor can discuss your progress with you and help you decide when you are ready to book your practical driving test.

The area you live and availability

It is important that you give all your availability to the driving school office initially so that we can schedule your lessons into a weekly placement of the same time and day. Please bear in mind that if your availability changes at a later time maybe from being able to do days to now only available on an evening, your instructor may not be able to cover the change. Always give your instructor as much notice in advance so they can plan the change to continue your driving lessons.
