How a good Instuctor should be

Once you have chosen your school or Independant instructor over the course of lessons you should expect the Instructor to have certain qualities. If at any point you are unhappy we suggest that you initially contact the Driving School or the Independant Instructor.

Please note that all instructors working under the name of a driving school are self employed and the Driving school owner may not be aware of the conduct of the individual. A unprofessional instructor working within a team can damage the reputation of a driving school like ours.

Each Instructor is to abide by the DSA code of conduct and an unprofessional driving Instructor should be reported

On your 1st lesson did your instructor put you at ease straight away?
Did you feel that she was in control of the lesson?
Did you do any driving in your 1st lesson?
Does your instructor act in a professional manner?
Do you have regular lessons?
Is the car clean and tidy with dual controls fitted?
Does the Instructor invade your personal space?
Have you signed terms and conditions for your protection?
Does the instructor correct the faults that are made and discuss them with you?
Do you get help for the theory test?

If you are satisfied with your answer to the above then you have chosen well. When you take lessons from us you can be assured that the Driving School aim for all Instructors to fulfil a learners expectations.
