Let me introduce myself my name is Joanne Dixon and I am the sole proprietor of Laugh ‘n’ Pass All Female Instructors Driving School which has been successfully in operation for over 10 years. Over the years we have grown from strength to strength, this is my baby and I stand very proud of what I have solely achieved . This school has been built up on its own merits and honesty and I feel very passionate about the teaching and the coaching that we all do. I personally oversee all the Instructors that work with us to ensure that you recieve a high qualify of service.We now have offices in the Leeds area and are happy for learners to call in and meet us

The School have specialised instructors who carry out assessments these come with no obligations. and have both manual and automatic cars however it should be noted that if the learner learns in an automatic car then they will not be permitted to drive a manual car. 85% of learning to drive is about gathering information from the road and understanding what is going on out there. Decisions will always need to be made regardless as to whether the car is automatic or manual.

Our customer service

The driving school also prides itself through its free female customer service sector. Learner drivers can call for advise on any aspect of their driving a dedicated Instructor is always on the other end of the phone.

Its not unusual for learner drivers at times to have a personality clash with the instructor after all we are only human and this is where the customer service team will listen to your concerns, the learner will be reallocated to another of the female driving instructors. All information is in the strictest of confidence. Advice on the theory test element is always to hand.

Complaints

Should any customer be unhappy with the service that they have been provided with from the Instructor to which has been assigned please call the office and let us know. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence. It is important that we strive to maintain the good reputation that this Driving School has worked so hard to achieve over the Years. One Woman created Laugh 'n' Pass Singlehandedly.
